Company registration
- Through a notary: total cost about €490, including Aristotel service fee of €155.
- Online registration: private limited company, 1 shareholder, 1–3 board members — about €250, including service fee of €35.

- Up to 20 documents and turnover up to €16,000/month: €89/month.
- 20–45 documents and turnover up to €100,000/month: €190–350/month.
Higher-turnover companies
- Turnover up to €2,000,000/year: 15–20 documents — €175–295/month; 60–90 documents — €650–1150/month.
